Lasai Psicología

El término Lasai (de origen vasco), se traduce al español como "calma" o "tranquilidad", y se utiliza para describir un estado de tranquilidad o relajación, y también puede referirse a hacer algo sin prisa. En la cultura vasca, la palabra lasai se usa ampliamente en el contexto cotidiano para transmitir tranquilidad y calma en diversas situaciones, y, puede usarse para invitar a alguien a calmarse ("lasai, lasai") o para describir un ambiente sereno.

He decidido utilizar el nombre de Lasai, porque refleja el propósito del Centro, de ser un ser un espacio seguro donde las personas puedan reconectar consigo mismas, gestionar sus emociones y encontrar el bienestar emocional.

Además también evoca mi forma de trabajo y mi compromiso personal de prporcionar ayuda psicologica profesional, con atención cercana, empática y centrada en el cuidado integral de la salud mental.

En resumen, "lasai" no solo es una palabra bonita, sino una invitación a cultivar la serenidad como base del bienestar emocional.
